Pro Bottom Header

Hi,

I have a bottom header on my website, which sticks to the bottom edge of the screen. However, when a page loads, it often only appears for a portion of the bottom of the page, like in the screenshot. It seems to do this on initial page load most of the time and can be corrected if the page is reloaded. The header should always be full screen width.

Have you seen this behavious before or have any ideas how to correct it?

I checked your website Dashboard and I found that you have added a bar called “Telephone” on the bottom position in your Global Header. You can remove the “Telephone” bar from the Global Header to achieve your desired layout.

Go to Pro->Header—>Main Header - New(Global)
Please have a look the screenshot

For the full-width bottom Header loading issue, It might be cache issue since tested in the different browser it is working fine at my end. Please purge all the cache and JS/CSS minification also clear your browser cache as well then check it again

Hi PrakashS,

The “Telephone” bar in the bottom position is in the correct place and it should be in the global header, as well as the other header I noted in the secure note. Your second screenshot shows it rendering correctly.

The problem depicted in my original screenshot may have been nearly resolved by switching off the combined CSS setting in the cache plugin. However, I noticed that even with the cache switched off, the right half of the bottom position “Telephone” bar loaded a full second after the left half.

I am another staff checking in. I could not replicate the issue. The bottom bar is loaded fullwidth on my end whenever I scroll the page.

You may need to clear your LiteSpeed cache and your browser cache as well. It is recommended that you use private browsing mode in testing your site again.
