Pro Backend Navigation not working

Hi there,

whenever I want to access something like Pro > Layouts in the admin bar (top bar) it seems like all the submenu items are not working. Whether I hover over “Pro” and then click on “headers”, “content”, “layouts”… . it is not leading me to the area. Instead I end up at the Pro “Start Building” screen.

Same when I try to edit a post with Pro Editor. It also leads me to the “Start Building” screen.

However the submenu on the “Start Building” screen is working but this is really painful. I’m working on a blog and I can not hand it over to the editors like that.

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that you have set the Permalink as “Plain”. Please note that you need to set the Permalink as “Post name” to get rid of this issue. For that, you need to go to Settings—>Permalink -->set the permalink as “Post name” from here.
