Pro and Font Awesome

Hi,
I had an old website with X theme and Font Awesome Icons there (fa-cog).
After changing from X to Pro theme, the cog icons do not appear anymore.
Sure you can help…

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that you have not enabled the Font Awesome from the Theme Option. To enable that you need to go to the Pro —>Theme Option —>Miscellaneous—>Font Awesome.

In case if it doesn’t work for you, I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. CSS/JS Customization
  3. Version Compatibility
  4. Disabling Cache

If none of those work, please send your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

Thank you.
Deactivating all plugins did not help.
Reactivating FA did not help.
I did rebuild the widget area, because it was a legacy widget area of older X theme era.
Now it works!
