(PRO) ALT Text for HEADLINE and Button

Hello,

I know how to set ALT text for image.

But there is no way for HEADLINE and Button Graphic image when choosing custom image instead of FA Icon

This cause show IMAGE as ALT text that is not good for SEO or whatever.

Normally if you don’t set ALT text for image on some purposes then it should show nothing.

So how to set text for HEADLINE and Button Graphic image?

For the time being, please kindly advice me if you have any idea to remove TEXT of “Image” that is automatically set when there is no ALT text input by user or such HEADLINE and BUTTON are used.

ALT =" " like put nothing as ALT TEXT is harmless for SEO concerned.

Hey @jo3,

The Graphic Image type in the Headline and Button elements has currently a fixed alt text of “Image”

There’s currently no way of changing or removing that. If you’re concerned about this for SEO, you will need to use the Image element and not the Graphic option of Headline and Button elements for now. That of course is not the desirable setup but I’m only attending to your SEO concern for now.

We have added this as feature request.
