In addition to similar issues with the image parameter usage not pulling the alt-text data through (Pro bug / issue: Image alt tag not brought through by parameter usage), it is also not bringing through the width and height details.
The first image above shows that no height or width attributes are being added to the image. This is the setup on the Looper Consumer Image, pulling image data from a group[] parameter item:
