Pro 6.0.5 How to nest an element in a tab element

I have created a template where one of the tabs contains different content based on user role and another tab has common content across all roles. Since the common content may change over time I want to be able to create a component that can be edited to change across all existing pages, along with the template.

Global blocks had a shortcode associated that could be used, but I don’t see that with the newest version of Pro.

Can you help, please?
