I have a site which is running on Pro 3.2.3 and after updating directly to 5.1.5 I am missing all header, footers and global blocks. So I would like to update first to Pro 4 and then to Pro 5. Could you provide me for this the download link please?

Thanks for writing in! Please be advised that the Pro 4.x version is not fully compatible with the WordPress 6.x. It is best that you update your Pro 3.2.3 to the Pro 5.1.5 instead. We highly recommend that you create a staging site and clone your current live site. With the staging site, you can update the staging site first to Pro 5.1.5, double check for any errors or issues and then troubleshoot if there is some incompatibilities and issues. Once everything works perfect, you can proceed to update the live site.

After updating directly to 5.1.5 there was not a single header or footer and all global blocks were missing. And now I want first to update to Pro 4 and then from Pro 4 to Pro 5. I just need Pro 4 for this intermediate step. I never wrote that I want to stay on Pro 4 and/or that the site is running already WP 6.
Please provide me the download link, I know what I am doing.

Thanks for reaching out.
Unfortunately, there is no option for getting the older version of Theme. But you can download the just Previous version from your Themeco Account.

I know, thats the reason I am asking here. Where is the problem to upload a version of Pro 4 and share the download link with me? I thought this is the support section here? Rethink your job description probably. But you can close this ticket. I will search for help in the unofficial facebook group. A way better support than here.
