Pro 4.3.3 not loading with continuous spinning loader

Hi all, I just installed a fresh Wordpress 5.7.2 copy, with a brand new Pro 4.3.3 version + Pro Child theme 1.0.0.
I cannot access any of Pro feature because of the continuous loading.

PHP version 7.4.18.

Any suggestions?

Thank you for writing in, it looks like your PRO was not installed properly. I did go ahead and reinstalled it and it’s now working.

I am having this same issue, please help, I am in the middle of redesigning a page and need to finish it as soon as possible but hit this major speed bump.

Hi Katie,

It might be the improper installation of Pro, I would suggest you deactivate and delete the Pro and re-install the version by downloading from your Themeco account and check if that resolves your issue.
If that does not help, create a separate thread and provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
