Hi,

However, despite being reported as fixed, the issue keeps occurring on my site. As reported earlier when selecting certain sections such as ‘Elements’ the site will simply refresh without warning.
I have emptied the cache as well as most other browser settings. I have recreated the issue on Chrome and Opera.

It’s just because of your Permalinks. You’ve set it to Plain. It must be set to Post Name. Clicking on Elements does not redirect the page now.
Just clear your browser’s cache again for good measure.
