Pro 2.2.0, Header, Buttons, No Background at Mouseover

Hey guys,
since update to Pro 2.2.0 there is a problem with the element “button” inside the header builder: If you hover over such an element there is no background interaction color. Can anyone confirm?

Thanks for writing in! I could not replicate your issue in my local WP install. I am using Chrome and Firefox though. Please switch to Chrome so that you can compare if you are experiencing the same. In most case, it might only happen when you use Safari browser.

Really? Come on guys, its not like I said I have a problem in Internet Explorer 7. Its the latest Safari and it worked the version before 2.2.0.

I could replicate the issue in your site using Safari, but couldn’t replicate it on my installation with the same Safari. Perhaps you could provide your admin login credentials so I could check the settings? For the meantime, please try resaving your header.

Hi Robert,

I did a check here:

I created a template from the exact header that you have and named it Test Header. Then I downloaded and installed it on my installation. Now if you check my website you will see that the white background works with no problem in Safari. I also use Pro version 2.2.0.

So it is something related to your website and you need to check possible conflicts:

  1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  2. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options and/or Child Theme and test the case.
