Pro 2.0.1 - Tooltip issues

If you have a tool tip with another link element above it, after you hover over the button you can no longer access the link directly above the button. It seems that the tooltip does not close properly and remains hidden but still active over the link.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! To assist you with this issue, we’ll first need you to provide us the URL of the page in questioned. This is to ensure that we can provide you with a tailored answer to your situation. Once you have provided us with your URL, we will be happy to assist you with everything.

Best Regards.

I have added a secure note to an X site with the same issue as described however you can easily replicate this yourself instead.

The issue is in both x v6.0.1 and pro 2.0.1 in both new sites and upgraded sites. Just create a link, then on a new line directly underneath on a new line create a button with a tooltip set to above. As. The link will be active, as soon as you hover over the button the tooltip fires and loads a div with the tooltip. When you move off the button the tooltip dissapears but the div remains covering the link so you cannot click it. This was not an issue in pro 1 or X5.

Unfortunately the specific site is on an internal test server so you can’t access. Please just create a page and see for yourself. This is a bug not an issue specific to me.

Howdy, @urchindesign!

Thanks for sharing that link to see things live! We have located the source of this bug and it will be patched in the coming update (likely to be released on Monday).

Have a great weekend, cheers!

Any ideas on the release of the fix? Or a work around I can implement so long?

Regretfully there is no way to patch things as it’s a JavaScript fix that requires an adjustment of the source files, which then have to be compiled into the packaged file used on the frontend. That being said, the update should hopefully be pushed today.

Thank you for your patience.
