Primary menu will not collapse on mobile

Like the title says, the primary menu will not close when the site is opened in mobile. It worked just fine before the latest updates. It works fine if you resize a desktop-based browser down to mobile size, but not when opened using an actual cellphone. I’ve tried it on an S8, an S9, a Pixel 2, and an iPhone 8. Also tried clearing the cache, entirely deleted my caching plugin, repaired and optimized DB, nothing works.

Thanks… But the site is on the latest updates, my fault for not making that more clear when I said “It worked just fine before the latest updates.”

Hi,

Upon checking, I can see the following errors in the console that is preventing it from working.

Kindly try the following.

  1. Try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  2. Try removing any Custom JS

  3. Try Activating your parent theme if the issue is resolved it means that something in your child theme is causing the issue.

Please note that this is just for testing so we can narrow down what is causing the issue.
