Primary Menu in header Missing

Hi, I tried adding menu as primary menu and wanted to add on frontpage. But the menu just could show up in the header.
Have checked the template of frontpage which is set as “Blank – No Container | Header, Footer”. I can see the header after the page loads but menus and search bar are not there. Please help.

EDIT: The footer menu can display Only the header not.
