I purchased an X license, and am being prompted to upgrade the license to Pro for $49/year. That’s fine, but will that $49/year price still apply after I hand the license off to the client and transfer it to their account?

The $49/year upgrade will be tied up to the original billing and also the price will be in the new clients account as well.
