Hy, i am using the Price Slider from Maxx. Now i got the problem, that the slide doesnt work fine on a smartphone device. If is slide the products sometimes it stops an doesnt work anymore. On Desktop Version is all fine.

I checked your site on my Android phone Google Chrome browser and it seems that it is working fine on my end. I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and recheck it or check it in the private mode of the browser.

Hy, thanks for your answer. I deleted the cache, but the problem still exists. I am using Firefox Browser Version 124.2.0. If i try the slider with my chrome browser it works on my device too. Ok, so far so good, but i can´t influence my visitors to use the chrome browser.

I have checked your website in the online testing tool Browser Stack with the Mozilla Firefox version 124 and in the upcoming beta version of 125, but didn’t find any error with the Pricing Slider. Can you please mention the device and the operating system version you are using, that helps us to replicate the issue at our end?
