Preview not working because of iframe?

Hi,

I recently added a iframe on the request of my client, but now the preview mode isn’t working anymore. Is there a workaround so I can still work with the preview mode?

I will provide login credintials in a secure note.

Thanks for sharing the credentials. I went ahead and checked your site it seems that the builder preview is working fine at my end. It might be the browser cache issue at your end. I would suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again. Please find the screenshot in the secure note.

In case if it not working at your place you must troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. CSS/JS Customization
  3. Version Compatibility
  4. Disabling Cache
  5. Child Theme

If none of these work for you please let us know.
