Whenever I try to edit a page, the preview loads but nothing appears, only the header and the footer.
I’ve checked for a plugin conflict - I thought it might be WP Charitable for Stripe as that was updated but I deactivated it and no change.
I will add a secure note with login details etc.

Okay, it is a plugin conflict caused by the main Charitable plugin.
Before I go ahead and contact them, is there any information you can provide that might help their developers?

It seems that the Charitable plugin JS is conflicting with the builder JS just because the builder is not working properly. I would suggest you contact the plugin developer to fix their issue or make it compatible with the X/Pro theme.
