I am getting this error when trying to use the preview on the staging area of a website I am rebuilding. I have set up both domains in my licenses but am still having an issue.
The preview could not load due to misconfigured URLs. This could happen if you are using multiple environments and the site URL was not updated after migrating.
Origin URL: http://staging1.bmcrumc.org
Preview URL: http://bmcrumc.org/

Thanks for the very detailed post information. This issue usually happen when your site URL is not the same as your WP dashboard url. Please go to Settings > General and make sure that the Site URL, WordPress Address URL and the WP dashboard URL is the same.

when i try to add that the staging url in that location it doesn’t save… Once I hit save it reverts back to the normal url. Is that a cahce issue now?

It could be configuration related too and you have configured the URL within wp-config.php , if that’s the case then you should fix it there instead of that setting area.
