Preview image panel not visible

Hey Guys,

Not sure if i’m at the right place to ask but thought give it a shot;
I’m using Pro on multiple sites now, for some reason The Blog post Preview image Panel is not loading,
or after a couple of minutes it appears.
When I check in Blog post > Preferences > Panels, to activate there is no Preview image option.

This not appearing/delayed appearance is very annoying as you can imagine.
I’ve done the usual, deactivate all plugins, and used a basic WP template.

The problem does not appear on other sites where I’m using Pro…
Any help would be appreciated

Regards

Ps. I’ve found this threat on WP: Missing the Upload Featured image option after update the …
Not that is gives a solution but…

Hey @MeesterOntwerpers,

Thanks for reaching out!

As you’ve mentioned that it appears after a couple of minutes, I suspect it has something to do with the PHP memory limit. I suggest that you check this troubleshooting procedure.

Hope that helps and let us know how it goes.

Hi @marc_a,

Thanks, unfortunately PHP memory is already at maximum; memory_limit is 512M

any other idea’s worth looking into?

regards
