Preview could not load in Theme Options

I currently get this message (https://imgur.com/8AP95Ca) when I go the Theme Options.

I increased memory limit, cleared browser cache, the site doesn’t have a caching plugin, I removed all plugins except Cornerstone. Nothing works.

Please help

I can see the issue. There are errors:

Please check in with your hosting provider first or your SSL provider. Fixed the SSL issue first. Then check for the server log so we can see the error directly. You might also ask hosting support for the 500 internal server error details.

The site is no longer flagged by Google but I still get the same message. Please help!

Hello @yanikphoto,

Please check your Site Health and make sure that everything is set according to the recommended WordPress requirements.

And then please disable your ModSecurity or at least whitelist the url in the secure note.
