Preview Could not load for X, trouble-shooting not working

I uploaded X yesterday and there was some issue with Cornerstone. I deleted the folder and then installed and activated again via X.
Now when I go on the Theme Options it states

I have changed/added the following in wp_config.php
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);

I also deleted and reinstalled Cornerstone through the X link on wordpress but it’s still not working.
It’s showing me below:

Warning : file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/definition.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (G:/PleskVhosts/visuada.com;C:\Windows\Temp) in G:\PleskVhosts\visuada.com\httpdocs\wp-content\plugins\cornerstone\includes\classes\classic\elements\class-element-orchestrator.php on line 219

There is some other critical issue flagging, not sure if that’s related?

I played around and changes the open_basedir setting to “none” and it seems to work. will this change cause different issues now that i’ve done that do you think

Hi Ingrid,

Although open_basedir “none” works, that might come with a risk, please provide the correct path of in your root installation instead. Please contact your hosting support on this as this is a server-side related issue.

Thanks,
