Thanks for providing all the details! I went ahead to check the backend settings on your website and do the following steps.
- Update WordPress core version to the latest version
- Install a fresh copy of the Pro theme ( from themeco dashboard )
After that 2 steps, the Pro theme is now working properly on your website. I suspect that the theme is corrupted but I am glad that it is now working on your installation.

I had actually uninstalled Wordpress and re-installed it over the weekend. I also installed the latest version of the theme - but it did not work for me.
The only difference is that I didn’t update to the latest version of Wordpress (as your own website didn’t say the latest Wordpress should to be used)
