Preview Could Not Load Error While Using Cornerstone

When I go into the theme customizer I am getting the following error.

The preview could not load. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing. Checking the developer console for error could indicate what went wrong."

The developer console on Safari says “Origin https://theorganizedspaces.com is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin.”

The developer console on Chrome says “Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://theorganizedspaces.com/x/#/options’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint ‘http://www.projectgenesisllc.org/’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.”

I have checked all plugins and they do not seem to be the issue.

I am not sure why the two consoles are giving different errors. Any idea on how to fix this?

Thanks for writing in!

You are having a CORS or Cross Origin Resource Sharing issue. Please go to Settings > General and make sure that your Site URL is the same as your WordPress Dashboard url.

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Thank you for your reply, the URL’s do match. I have included my login information in a secure note on the original post.

Hello Rachel,

When I check the domain, I got redirected to the Project Genesis site which is suspended by the way.

Please check or contact your hosting provider so we can get back and log in to your site to resolve your issue.

Thank you, that seems to be the problem. I had it redirecting to the clients old website and their old website builder canceled the hosting.
