Preview could not load - can't solve this problem!

Hi,

I’ve recently bought X and Pro themes. Unfortunately I can’t edit Content section, because of this error:

The preview could not load. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing. Checking the developer console for errors could indicate what went wrong.
Origin URL: https://skillcity.pl
Preview URL: https://skillcity.pl/add-listing/

I’ve cleaned my browser cache, I turned off all plugins, I’ve increased PHP limit and still no progress.

Could you help me, please? It’s quite frustrating, when you cannot work with the theme after looong process of choosing the right one…

Regards,
Rafal

Hey Rafal,

I tried to go on your site but it seems to be inaccessible at the moment:

For the meantime, if you have update X, please make sure that you have updated Cornerstone as well. Here is a link for a details information on how to do an update:

Please remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors or any unexpected display issue on the site.

If the issue persists, please provide us with the admin access to your site in a Secure Note:

Hi,

the website should be accessible now (I don’t know why it wasn’t…).

The problem persists, so I sent you my WP credentials via secure note.

Hello Rafal,

There is no secure note in your replies on this thread.
To know how to create a secure note, please check this out: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/how-to-get-support/288

Thank you in advance.

Hi Rafal,

I checked the website and added a tets page. Then checked the browser console to see the error and it throws this error:

cornerstone-endpoint 403 access denied

This is a server related issue, the server does not allow the preview section of the Pro content builder show. Please contact your hosting service provider and ask them to exclude the URL that I added in the Secure Note from any security rules or password protections that they have in a server level.

Thank you.

Guys,

I’ve contacted my hosting provider and they decreased security level for my hosting. Now the content editor works  Thank you!

However, if the security level is low, I assume it’s quite risky not to have some additional precautions.

Are there any plugins or any other solutions that would increase security level of my website that you know and recommend? E.g. I’ve come across a plugin, which changes the URL for wp-admin site. Do you know any other?

Regards,
Rafal

Hello Rafal,
