Preview Can't Load Error

Hi all- getting the dreaded Preview Could Not Load due to Iframe error on this site:

We have tried everythingThis text will be hidden we can think of. Disable all plugin, clean out any functions in child theme, reinstall X and Cornerstone, nothing. Weird thing, we have about 25 other sites with same theme and basic set up - all are fine except this one.

Any help would be appreciated!

I have checked your homepage and you have inserted a broken HTML code. You added this:

Please have it updated and use this instead:

<a style="color: #ffffff;" href="https://goo.gl/maps/2ZTW1ziE9bt" target="_blank"><strong>Get Directions</strong></a>

And you also have inserted this:

<em>I love this place! KLA has exceeded my expectations in every way. My son is growing and learning so much, and he is a confident, happy little boy. KLA has been a wonderful home away from home for my son.

You must close the <em> by updating it into this:

<em>I love this place! KLA has exceeded my expectations in every way. My son is growing and learning so much, and he is a confident, happy little boy. This is due to the environment at KLA and his teachers and the staff. I appreciate the updates every day and hearing about everything he is doing! KLA has been a wonderful home away from home for my son.</em>

Thnks- we made those changes but don’t think that’s it. Even if you just to theme options, the previews won’t load: https://www.klaschoolsflowermound.com/x/theme-options

I checked your site dashboard, It seems that there is some issue with your child theme. I went ahead and deactivated the child theme and activated the parent theme. After I activated the parent theme the “Theme Option” and Page builder is working fine. I would suggest you please check your child theme or deactivate the child theme and then check it again. Please remember that we don’t provide customized child theme support. It is of the support scope.
