Preview Cannot Load Due To The iFrame Response Error

With the recent update to Pro, I’m getting the error in the topic title - but only on sub pages. The main page works fine and I can edit it. Bizarre.

I’ve gone through the forum discussions on the topic and have tried everything from increasing PHP memory to removing Pro completely and reinstalling it with the latest version, but nothing has worked.

I’ve also installed the debug script into wp-config, but it did not create a debug.log file.

Thanks for writing in! The issue could be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Testing for Plugin Conflict
Child Theme
CSS/JS Customization
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
