I was wondering whether the Cornerstone scripts cs-body.js and cs-head.js
as well as the X theme scripts x-body.min.js and x-head.min.js actually need to be shipped to visitors?
The latter make sense to me, but the Cornerstone scripts not - and they are quite big:

Hi there,
Unfortunately, it is not possible as whatever element you use in the Cornerstone may need a chunk of that Javascript or CSS code and if you force those files not to load somehow the page will break.
