Presets unavailable to use in either X or Pro Version

I have downloaded and installed various templates and preset from either Design Cloud for Pro or a Demo File for X using Cornerstone. Regardless of platform or method, the only templates or presets that show up for me are the “Starter: XYZ” templates in the image below.

My need is to 1) have the Preset list populate (the second image shows where this isn’t occuring) and 2) be able to apply the “Testimonial” Preset in the second section of my homepage.

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your site URL assigned to this account, I see that you have enabled a coming soon page.

First of all, make sure that you’re fully updated as we have pushed some updates time to time recently. You can check the latest version numbers from here (https://theme.co/changelog/) and update accordingly.

Then please make sure to purge cache on your site (if you’re using a caching plugin). You need to also clear style cache from Pro -> Settings and check the bottom of the screen.

The next possible solution is to disable your 3rd party plugins temporarily and test your issues again.

We recommend PHP v5.6.x or higher to avoid incompatibility issues and we also recommend PHP memory limit of 512MiB. You refer to our article here on how to increase it.

If you’re still having issues, provide us with the login credential to your site in a secure note.

Thank you for the direction. I’ve taken the time to go through each step, but am still not having presets appear for section use. Below are the images from the completion of each step you provided. I will send a secure note with login credentials for further investigation.
