I have uploaded a preset for my header. It was loading absolutely fine last week but I was trying to use it this morning and it will not load. I have checked on the template and it is there. I have deleted it and uploaded it again but it still will not load on the page. It will not even show as being available

There might a different reason behind the issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot a few common issues on this.
1.Plugin Conflict
2.Child Theme Related issue, if you have activated the child theme.
3.CSS/JS Customization
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
