Preloaded/unstyled content displaying before page loads

Hey team,

I’ve been having an issue where, when the page is loaded for the first time or in incognito, it displays certain things in unstyled/html type formats for just a split second before the actual content comes in.

There are currently transitions in there, however the issue was happening before these were added so they are not the problem.

It may be some JS that is being loaded just before the layout JS is being loaded or something?

I’d really appreciate your assistance in figuring this one out!

The link is: https://www.iconinteriors.net.au/ and it happens on the sub-pages too, though only once - probably because of caching.
If it doesn’t happen maybe preview it in incognito.

Thanks,
David

Hello David

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your site it seems that it is working fine at my end. It might be the issue of the browser cache issue or any browser extension that is stoping to load the requires JS/CSS. Please clear your browser cache and then check it again.

Thanks

Hi Prakash,

I’ve screen recorded the issue. I’ve tested on Chrome, Firefox, and IOS mobile and it is happening on all of them.

Please let me know if you can recommend anything for it.

Cheers,
David

Hi David,

This is something to do on how you setup your WP Rocket settings. If you disable the WP Rocket plugin and check your website again this issue will not occur. I suggest that you will review your WP Rocket Settings specially on the File Optimization Tab. We would love to help you on this issue but 3rd party integration is outside the scope of our theme support, so we just give you an advice to where you can fix your issue.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.
