I may be missing this, but I can’t find a way to preview the page on the front end before saving the changes in Cornerstone. I get that the builder is essentially the preview, but there are some short codes that don’t render correctly or some CSS that doesn’t apply in the preview that applies on the front end and it would be nice to be able to preview changes before saving the page.

The Cornerstone is a visual builder, so what you see is the preview before saving it. If any element component or shortcode is not rendering properly, that might be the problem with those only. If you find anything like that, you can report that to us for further investigation.
