Hi,
It’s easy to dismiss this as an user error, but there’s no proof of that.
If it was a single page with the wrong content, maybe. But in this case is 3 different pages with the same wrong content.
Looking at post revisions there is no revision that shows the content was updated with the ‘same text and images’
Revisions show only the original content.
Also, if the Cornerstone content was actually an input of ‘the same text and images’ then disabling the theme/Cornerstone should be display the content wrapped in CS shortcodes, isn’t that right?
Yet, when disabling Cornerstone, different content is displayed. The actually correct content of the posts.
Yes, in the current state the content in Cornerstone is editable, but it’s not the correct content that should be displayed. The correct content shows up after Cornerstone is disabled. Cornerstone displays the wrong content.
The editors of the site didn’t just updated 4 posts with the same content.
And the post that was edited outside Cornerstone is to show it’s correct content, not the one Cornerstone tries do display.
Later Edit:
I tried to edit a post outside of Cornerstone. As long as the CS shortcode is present in the text editor, the Cornerstone saved content would still show up instead of anything that is written inside the text editor. I don’t know if this is intended but I thought I should share.
