Posts, pages, portfolios & medias disappear in admin

Hi,
I don’t see anymore the lists of posts, pages, portfolios & medias in my WordPress admin (but they are counted). It seems to be linked with the two first functions in functions.php, add_where_condition & post_exclude, because when I removed them, all kind of posts appears in Pages, for example. Do you have any idea of this ?

It seems these two functions are having any code that breaks the flow. Please remember that we don’t offer any investigation or support to the custom code and related issues.
