Posts CANNOT be read - overlap of words

I bought the license and implemented it in my blog yesterday. All my posts are written in Elementor. Now, when I try to access a post/entry online as a reader (not as the creator), all the information appear overlapped. Nothing can be read!! However, when I enter to the entry through Elementor, it looks perfect. I’m desperate! I attach a photo of how it looks like (it is in Spanish). Please help! Thanks!

I checked your website it seems that you are not using our X theme. Please note that we don’t provide the third-party theme and third-party plugins support. It is out of the support scope. Please use our X theme into your website since you have registered license for X theme. Please feel free the write us if you have any query regarding our theme.

I had to deactivate X theme because I can’t have my webpage with illegible content. I have just reactivated it. I really hope you can tell me why my posts cannot be read.

Hello Adela,

We would highly recommend that you create a staging site. This is very useful because you can test drive the X Theme in the staging area, do the customizations and troubleshooting without disrupting your live site. Once everything is perfect, you can easily and flawlessly proceed to install and activate the X theme in the live site. To know how to create a staging area, please check out these articles:

Anyways, I need to know why my posts cannot be read when I install the X Theme. I attached a picture on my first comment that shows how my posts look like when I install X Theme. I plan to reinstall X Theme again as soon as I can fix my posts and they become readable.

Hi Adela,

We can’t give you a concrete idea why it is behaving like that while we can’t troubleshoot your website. Please create a staging area where we can investigate further and afterwards we will give you a detailed explanation.

Hi Marc,

I didn’t create a staging area but I installed the Theme, so you can now check my website, please. Every single posts has the same problem: the text appears on the right side of the screen and it is difficult to read and, in certain cases, impossible.

Hi Adela,

It seems that the third party plugin named Simple Share Buttons Adder is the reason behind the issue. I would like to request you to check once by deactivating the plugin once.
If that issue is resolved by deactivating the plugin, I would suggest you contact the 3rd party developer on this issue.

Alternatively, you can try by adding the below-given custom CSS code at Theme Options > CSS

.ssbp-wrap
{
    float: none;
}

Remember that the above code will work if copied as it is and don’t conflict with any existing style.
Please note that the code provided serves only as a guide to help you get started custom coding on your own if there’s no option offered in our theme or the products we bundle.
We do not provide support for custom codes that means we can’t fix it in case it conflicts with something in your site nor will we enhance it.

Finally, problem solved!! Thank you!!

Now I have some questions:

  1. Is it possible that I edit my posts page? It is actually my index page, the page you see when you enter to. my web.

  2. Can I add the search button and a sidebar to all of my pages? I use the category pages as the principal pages of my web.

Hey Adela,

  1. At this time, no. But, the Layout Builder which will allow you to create your own index/archive and single post/page design is coming soon.

  2. It looks like you’ve chosen the Fullwidth Content Layout option in Theme Options > Layou and Design. That doesn’t have a sidebar so you can’t add a sidebar sitewide.
