Post Type not showing using new editor

Hi all, I’ve seen screenshots here of how you can still use the post type to have a video or whatever as the header image without using the classic editor.

I don’t seem to have that dropdown when I’m writing a blog post. How do I get it or switch it on?

Using Pro version 2.5.5

I am sorry but I am not exactly sure what you are referring to.

Can you provide us the sreenshot that you found.

Maybe you are you referring to the post format?

Hi Paul, yes that’s what I’m talking about but I saw a screenshot somewhere of this still being available when using the new wordpress post editor too, not just the classic one?
