Post to display event date vs post creation date

Say, for this website we would like the date for posts to display the event date vs the post creation date. How can I can change this? https://thepostlincoln.com/

Thanks for reaching out.
You can use the {{dc:post:publish_date}} inside the Looper to get the Publish date of the Event
