Post Pagination With a Looper Consumer not working on archives

I am utilizing archives for my custom post type services, however, it appears that the pagination feature is not functioning properly. Please refer to the following link for further information:

The post pagination element work with the default WordPress query and predefined templates only. I would like to request you go through the following thread on a similar topic.
