Post Pages URL in X Theme

I have two X Theme sites.
The URL on one site’s post pages is the domain and the title of the post page.

The URL on the other site’s post pages is the domain /?p=199. The page’s number.
The posts also show uncategorized, author and date. Where as the other site’s posts do not.
I do not wish to show a category.

You can change the settings in the admin’s Permalink settings:
