Hi Max,
Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you have set the Settings > General > Date Format setting to the Custom and the value to blank as shown in the given screenshot.
If that is not the case, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
Thanks
Hello tristup,
thanks for your reply. The Date Format was/is set, but it seems like a plugin is having an issue. I will update this post if I could find the guilty!
Thanks in advance and BR
Max
Hey Max,
I checked the site posted in your secure note and it looks different than that of your screenshot. I see the date in the post meta both on the blog/index page and the single post page (check the screenshots in the secure note).
If the issue is happening on a specific page, please provide the exact URL.
If it’s a plugin causing the issue, please reach out to the plugin developer.
If it’s the child theme causing the issue, please consult with your personal developer.
Thanks.
Thanks christian,
yes sorry for the confusion. I disabled 2-3 plugins and now it works fine. So I guess there is a conflict. I will try to isolate the issue.
Thanks for your help!
The plugin that caused the issue is/ was:
WappPress - Create an Android Mobile App for any WordPress site in just 1 click and 1 minute with AI-Powered Mobile App Builder and Maker
Hi Max,
Glad that you are to find the reason behind your issue.
Thanks
