Post Meta Customization

Support
#1

Hello,

I am working on a blog site and would like to be able to customize the meta that displays. Here is a link to the domain https://theblog.cmacan.org/. I am using the post slider at the top of the home page and would like to remove the category, add the author, and move the author/date to display below the heading and above the button.

Also, I would like to remove the word “In” that shows next to the post, below the filtering option.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best,

Matt

Hello,

Thank you for writing in!

There is no option to open each item to a separate lightbox. It could be possible with custom development. We do have an in-house custom development team that offer paid services, who may be able to assist. They can be contacted at [email protected] if this is of interest to you. If you have any further questions about the theme, we are more than happy to provide you with assistance on these inquiries.

Hello, i would like to know if it’s possible to just hide the author and the category.
Only display the date on each post.

Hello @Lyser,

Yes, using CSS you can hide category and author. Please add following CSS in theme options panel:

.p-meta span:nth-child(1), .p-meta span:nth-child(3) {
    display:none;
}
.p-meta>span:after{display: none;}

Thanks.
