Post layout through Cornerstone

Hello!

I just toggled Cornerstone to create and edit posts rather than using the built-in Wordpress Visual Editor. When I use Cornerstone for posts with a sidebar page template there is some unnecessary side padding that I am trying to eliminate.

As an example, please see below:

This is a post created with the built-in Wordpres editor

This is a post created within Cornerstone

Notice how the entry headers do not line with the content in the post created within Cornerstone.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Tyler,

Thanks for writing in! When using Cornerstone to edit your post, always make sure that the inner container or the column container in the row settings is disabled or turned off so that the row width will have a full width and the column contents will be aligned to the post titles.

If you need anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

Perfect! As always, thanks RueNel.

Is there any way to hard code that into the child theme or custom CSS for posts only?

Hi Tyler,

Regretfully, there’s no such feature offered in X theme for that. You need to set those settings when creating each posts.

Thanks for understanding.
