Hi mates, I’m using as usual post grid function of WP Bakery Page Builder integrated with x-theme. Now I’m using to display Woocommerce products, but even if I have set the category filter in settings, I can’t see any filter on post grid page.
Can you help me with this issue? Thank you very much

I checked and can see you are trying to add filter on tags but there is no tags.
Can you try adding tags to your products

Hi, thanks for response. I had set filter category, maybe for an error was set filter tag. However, I have revert to product category filter, but no filter is displayed on front end.

I checked and this is not caused by the theme or builder, but I couldn’t just continue troubleshooting since it’s a live site. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Then please provide your FTP login credentials in the secure note and I’ll disable the plugins through there. In case I need to disable them while troubleshooting.

Hi Rad, thanks. Yes, it’s a live site, but it’s under development and it has live only home page. So, if for a while the site would be down, no problem, it’s important that then the website come back live and running.

I can confirm that it’s a bug on 6.0.3 version of WPBakery Page Builder plugin.
It’s working fine on 6.0.2 version. So please rollback to this version, I’ve uploaded it to Dropbox for you:
I’ll also add this issue to our bug tracker and it should be fixed in upcoming updates.
