Post dates all reverted to 23 Feb 2016 after theme & cornerstone update

Hi

All the post dates on our site have reverted to 23 Feb 2016 after we updated the theme and cornerstone earlier today.

I have checked the date and time zone. Both are correct.

The publication date for the posts themselves is correct but the publication dates are not displaying correctly (as you can see in the screenshot).

Not sure where else to look, so would appreciate your help. Thanks.

I would like to assure you that a Theme update has nothing to do with the post published date. In my view either it’s a plugin causing conflict or changes in your hosting server. Off late did you make any customisations related with date format? If yes, please remove the same. Here is something that I can suggest you:

  1. Please test for plugin conflict. In case you have a plugin related with date or post, please deactivate the same and other plugins. If issue is resolved then there is a plugin that’s causing the conflict. You can re-activate one at a time to narrow it down.
  2. If you have any custom code, please remove that.
  3. Get in touch with hosting provider and check your hosting and database configuration.

You can also try restoring the website (if you have backup) to a earlier date before the issue started to show up.

Thanks… the only change I had remember making was the theme update hence the question.

I’ll take a look through the plugins to see if that helps and go from there.
