I use the essential addons for cornerstone plugins religiously. Upon updating Pro, my post carousel stopped working. It no longer hides the posts and forces them into a slider. It now stacks them on top of each other. I have already contacted the plugin authors but it was fine yesterday before the update. Cache’s have been cleared. Style cache was cleared as well

It could be that the third party plugin is not compatible with the newest update of Pro like the plugin’s Javascript codes. Please note that Essential Addons for Cornerstone is not a plugin from ThemeCo. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

I am aware but unless you guys provide these plugins, we need to use them. I don’t expect a plugin to break simply because of a Pro update. Appreciate the reply as always Jade but simply brushing us off on these types of things isn’t very helpful to people who have brought into this brand and community.

There is always a problem after every updates when you do not clear your plugin cache. I can see that you have installed W3 Total Cache. In most case, the uncleared cache is the reason for your issue. Since you already have cleared it, I continued to investigate and I noticed that a certain Google Ad script is generating a JS error.
This error may have affected the other plugins prevented the plugins from working. Kindly disable your Ad script and see how it goes.
