Post Carousel has stopped showing my content

My post carousel for the Ethos theme was working fine but now is just showing a thin line on the left. You can click on the line and it will take you to a post.

I don’t know what caused this because I’ve been doing a few things including adjusting my navbar and menu items, adding a new menu item.

I also have another problem which I’m not sure is related or not but it happened on the same day. I get the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to preview drafts” for the links on the parent page I have just set up. I changed the Permalinks of all the links and now I get the message. I don’t get that message for any other links on the site.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you’re having this issue.

I checked your two sites and both use Ethos, one is properly working. But the other one has empty areas where posts are supposed to be displayed. But I don’t see any thin line, as if there are no posts at all.

Would you mind providing a screenshot and admin login credentials in a secure note?

Hello There,

It turns out that you have updated Cornerstone to 3.1.2. Please update X theme as well so that the JS for the post carousel will be updated and have no conflict issues with the latest version of Cornerstone.

After you date, since you have installed W3 Total Cache, please remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Hi, thanks a lot, that’s fixed the Carousel problem. Can you also please help me with the other issue I reported in my original topic?

I recently created a series of pages with one parent page “Recommended Multi-Tools” which has 10 links to the other pages. All of them had been set to Publish a few weeks ago. A couple of nights ago I edited the Permalink for each of the linked pages. When I click on the links from the Parent page I get this message.

Sorry, you are not allowed to preview drafts.

The last issue you have happened because you have inserted the preview link in each of the images.
