Positions and x/y ratio change on slider revolution

Hi,

I think I like the new APEX :grinning:
I hope you can help because I can’t find the answers on the example-video’s of themepunch.

My logo and a feather-image (both .png-files) transform (X-Y ratio) when I resize the screen-size to mobile. And the feather is also not scaling while in slider rev view it is.

Hi There,

Please check the following guide regarding revslider layer responsive behaviour:

Hi Lely,

Thank you for your answer…
But as I said, I have read & viewed ALL videos of themepunch and did exactly what the say. I worked in the slider grid and changed per screensize all positions (see screendumps via wetransfer in private note).

I try to find out why the logo and the feather (both transparant png-files transform (ratio changes). On screen it looks good but live it looks horrable.

I hope you can help.
Kind regards, Mart

Hi There,

Please click on the devices icon(see image below) and drag and drop and re-size the elements to the desired position/size on each device.

I have tested and it works fine, once you change on mobile it will stay as it was on desktop and other devices.

Let us know how it goes

Hi There.
That is exactly what I already did. As said before, I viewed all Theepunch videos’ Did everything the way it needs to be done but still…

The feather looks stretched on my mobile and does nor resize to the size which is visible in mobile view in Slider revolution. All the positions are ok. Feather is 245 px

I hope you can help. We checked on different mobiles. We checked it with firefox responsive design mode, but it still is strechtching ;-(

Hi there,

May I know which slider has this issue? I checked all your sliders and they are different from your screenshot. There is a green background but the text is white, and there is no feather image.

Thanks!

Hi, It took a long time so I decided to get rid of the feather…
No more problem however it still is strange…

Thanks anyway.

You are welcome and thanks for letting us know!
