Portfolio slug mixing static + dynamic (category)

I would like to recall this topic https://theme.co/forum/t/replace-x-portfolio-slug-with-dynamic-portfolio-category/ as I find myself in the same need. I would like to get this to work:

Hello Ricard,

Thanks for writing in! Please be advised that the custom URL slug of the portfolio enables you to customize the portfolio slug. By default, the portfolio slug is x-portfolio. The custom URL slug option allows you to change the slug to portfolio-item or something else. Regretfully you cannot mix a static and dynamic category as a portfolio slug. It will just create conflict or issues on your site. It is not possible.
