I have created a product show case portfolio with a few items and placed that on home page. When I click on any I end up getting into portfolio item view which doesnt have footer and slider. What would be a solution to get any portfolio item opening inside my site footer-header shell?

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your site and I can see that you have inserted a top section that contains the slider and the last section holds the Useful info, Contact Us, and your form at the bottom of the home page. Be advised that these sections are only for your normal pages. If you want to display this three-column information at the footer in all pages of your site, you will have to add this in your Footer area. Simply go to X > Theme Options > Footers and select 3 Widget Areas. You can insert your widget contents in Appearance > Widgets.
If you are more interested in having control over all aspects of the header/footer of your site, I suggest that you consider the Pro theme which has a Header/Footer builder and you can use various elements to create a custom header/footer.
