No, you misunderstood my issue I think. They made a new portfolio item, but before publishing it, wanted to preview it. When you try to see the preview, it gives the OOPS page: https://youtu.be/CHxYUBQQP9A

Thanks for writing in! I have tested both X theme and Pro theme in our local testing server. I can preview the portfolio item with no issues at all. This is something unique to your installation only. To better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

The login credentials doesn’t work. Please check but before that I think that this is a permalinks issue so please first go to Theme Options > Portfolio and check if the Custom URL Slug is empty. If it’s empty, please fill it up with your desired Portfolio Item Slug.
After that or if the setting is not empty, please reset your permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking the Save Changes button.
Check if the issue persists after that and if it does persist, give us the updated the credentials.

That worked. Sorry about the bad credentials, but adding the URL slug solved the issue. Much appreciated.
