portfolio page http://www.ilpetalocheosa.com/allestimenti/ is not loading anymore the items it used to show. Everything has been updated to the latest release and I have already tried to disable all plugins and also the Child Theme in search of any kind of conflict but I did not find anything.

I know you said you have tried disabling plugins already. But can you try disabling both slider plugin while we are checking? If you have staging, we will glad to test there.

Creating a staging site is very useful because you can test drive any X updates in the staging area, do the customizations and troubleshooting without disrupting your live site. Once everything is perfect, you can easily and flawlessly proceed the update in the live site. To know how to create a staging area, please check out these articles:
By the way, how did you updated the theme? Did you use automatic updates or manually uploaded the files in the theme’ folder? If you may, please provide us ftp access so we can manually update the theme. There might be theme files that were corrupted during your updates.

Thanks for providing the details. I went ahead and re uploaded the theme files to make sure that there aren’t any corrupted files. I still see the issue where in a JS error is present on the page. Tis error is affecting and the cause of the portfolio not to load up. This could be caused by a 3rd party plugin. We could try testing for a plugin conflict. We can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. Could we put your site in under construction mode and initiate a test for plugin conflict?

I noticed that if I check the page with a smartphone it does work therefore the issue is just regarding desktop view.

Ok, we got this fixed. It was because there was custom javascript added in Theme Options. It was using a function that is no longer in the theme. I updated it to work the same way
In the latest version easeInOutExpo
is now xEaseInOutExpo
to avoid conflicts with other plugins. Your custom script was using easeInOutExpo
which is probably from a customization done a while ago.
